From the product detail page, please select a color and/or size and click the “Add to bag” button.
*Please note that the inventory of a product cannot be guaranteed even if it is in your shopping bag.

Please pay the total amount displayed in your shopping bag, including product prices, shipping fees, applicable fees, and consumption tax.
You may choose from the following payment methods:
・Cash on delivery
・Credit card
・Amazon Pay
・Paidy
*For domestic cash on delivery within Japan, Sagawa Express e-Collect may be used.

Upon the delivery of your product(s), you may pay using cash, credit card, debit card, or electronic money.
The cash on delivery fee varies depending on the total order amount. Please refer to the table below.

*Cash on delivery is not available in some areas. Please contact Customer Service for further information.

○Credit card
We accept the following credit cards:VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club.
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order.
The charge will be deducted on the settlement date of your credit card company.

○Amazon Pay

○Paidy

○Issuance of receipts
If you wish to receive a receipt, you can download it from My Page > Order History.

○Delivery service
Products are delivered by Sagawa Express.

○Delivery timeframe
While it depends on the delivery area, orders generally arrive within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) from the date of your order.
*Not including orders with specified delivery dates.
*Due to periods in which delivery services are unavailable such as Golden Week, Obon, or New Year’s holidays, or due to the influence of bad weather, your order may be unable to be delivered within the above timeframe or the requested delivery schedule. Please understand in advance.
*A shipping completion e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped. A package inquiry number will be listed which you can use to check the status of your delivery.

○Handling of missed deliveries
In the event of a missed delivery, the delivery service will leave a missed delivery notification.
Please select a new delivery date from within the redelivery period and receive your package.
If you do not contact the delivery service as specified on the missed delivery notification, or if your address is incorrect, the package will automatically be returned to us.

○If your order does not arrive
In the rare event that your order does not arrive after 5 days have passed or on the specified delivery date, please contact Customer Service.
*Please include your order number when Contact Us.

○International Shipping
We do not offer direct international shipping from this website.
However, customers outside Japan can have products delivered overseas by using the purchasing agent service provided by WorldShopping (operated by zig-zag Inc.).
*This service information page will only be displayed for customers accessing this website from outside Japan.
Please note that this service is not available for orders placed within Japan.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries.
In the rare event that a product arrives defective or your delivery fails, please contact us within 7 days of the package delivery and specify the reason for the return.

“Cooling-off” is a system that applies to door-to-door sales.
Please note that there is no cooling-off system applicable to sales on this website as it is an online shopping service which customers access directly.
